Apple Cider Vinegar
Mineral Salts ( I prefer epsom salts or Himalayan Salts)
Peppermint essential oil
Lemon essential oil
Dissolve 1 Tablespoon of mineral salts with a Tablespoon of each Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar in 500ml of warm to hot water.
Add two drops of each Lemon and Peppermint essential oils, and combine well.
Add mixture to your water in your foot bath.
Soak your feet, relax and enjoy.
