Choc Peppermint Smoothie
Love this simple to create smoothie for the sweet tooth, Plus the added greens is a bonus :)
Just add to your blender
2 Cups Milk
2 frozen bananas
3 tablespoons of choc chips
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla essence/ extract
Handful of baby Spinach leaves
1-2 drops doTERRA Peppermint essential oil
Optional 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
blend and pour, enjoy
