With day to day pressures of work, home life or even school, anxiety can catch anyone off guard with smallest of triggers. What someone thinks is not that big a deal, another person can feel like their world and self are crashing down around them.
To try and centre yourself again take some time out with a bath and add Geranium and Lavender essential oils. Breathe and take note of all your feelings, acknowledge them. They are there for a reason. Play some relaxing music and be in the moment. Slowing the anxiety will ease and you will find some comfort in the moment.
Add to one tablespoon of milk, 5 drops of Geranium and Lavender essential oils and pour into your bath water. Soak yourself in bath for at least 15 mins.
Or diffuse both essential oils in your diffuser.
